MEET SANAM MIRFATTAH

Sanam Mir (Mirfattah) is a zealous advocate and is well known for genuinely caring about her clients. Sanam started her legal career as a prosecutor at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and that experience has turned her into a very tough litigator. She is relentless and aggressive when it comes to her clients’ reputation, freedom, and rights.

Born and raised in Iran, Sanam received her bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Tehran, the best and the oldest university in Iran. She also has an MBA degree with specialty in Human Resources. Her diverse work experience and background have made her stand out in the legal profession. From working in foreign embassies to running her own business, she has never settled, she keeps going.

After immigrating to the U.S., Sanam decided to go to Law School. She got her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. While in law school she participated in Moot Court and Mock Trial programs. She was very passionate about becoming a litigator from the beginning.

As a law student, Sanam clerked for the Honorable Judge Lynn Hughes at the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Texas. This valuable opportunity shaped her whole legal career. She also interned at a prestigious International Trade law firm and finished law school while interning at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
